Who this applies to
Email Organizer is a personal app used only by its developer, Ryan Waranauskas, on his own Gmail and Google Workspace accounts. It is not offered to the public.
What data the app accesses
With your permission through Google sign-in, the app uses the Gmail API with these scopes:
gmail.modify— to read messages and threads, and to archive, label, star, mark read/unread, snooze, trash and report spam.gmail.send— to send messages and replies you write, and unsubscribe emails you request.
How the data is used
- Email content is displayed in the app and used on-device to sort mail into split inboxes.
- Sign-in tokens are stored only in the device Keychain and never leave the device except to talk to Google.
- A local cache of recent inbox threads is kept on the device so the app works offline.
- Snooze, reminder and scheduled-send records (account address, Gmail thread or draft ID, subject line, recipients and time) are stored in the user's own private iCloud database so the user's devices can coordinate.
What the app does not do
- It has no servers. No email data is sent to the developer or to any third party.
- It does not sell, share, rent or transfer Google user data.
- It does not use Google user data for advertising, and does not use it to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
- It contains no analytics or tracking.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Email Organizer's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access and data
- Remove an account in the app's Settings to delete its tokens and cached mail from that device.
- Revoke access any time at myaccount.google.com/connections.
- Deleting the app deletes all of its local data. iCloud records can be removed in iCloud settings.
